If you need to cancel your subscription, please note that cancellations can only be completed through the Subscription Management Portal found in your account area. To do this, log in to the website, head to your Profile section, and open the Subscription Management Portal to review your plan details and submit your cancellation request. For security and privacy reasons, we’re unable to process subscription cancellations via email, chat, or social media—so be sure to use the portal in your profile to make any changes. Once your cancellation is confirmed, you’ll continue to have access through the end of your current billing period (unless otherwise stated in your plan).
